In videos or audio, look for signs like unnatural blinking, mismatched lip-syncing, or flat emotional delivery. In written messages, red flags include sudden formatting errors, awkward transitions, or a suspicious sense of urgency. - Confirm through a second channel
Train your team to verify unexpected or high-risk messages by phone, video, or in person. Never rely on a single source when dealing with financial transactions, sensitive data, or login requests.
